Shipping policy

All Vision & Logic products are digital and delivered electronically. There is no physical shipping, and no shipping fees apply.

After your purchase is complete, your download links are made available immediately on the order confirmation (Thank You) page, and are also sent to your email address in a separate "Your downloads are ready" message.

Download links do not expire and can be re-used to download your files again — including after a file has been updated or corrected. Your books are DRM-free, so you can read or listen to them in the reader or audio app of your choice on any device.

If your download email does not arrive within a few minutes, please check your spam folder. If you still need help, reply to your order confirmation email or contact us through our store.
